Photo on clocking
SERAPHIM terminals with a front camera (such as the SERAPHIM50) can take a photo at the moment of clocking in, to check who has clocked in.
- Optional and disabled by default: the company enables it, terminal by terminal (SERAPHIM Terminals › Edit › «Photo on clocking»).
- At each clocking, the terminal takes a photo with its front camera and stores it alongside the record. It does not delay clocking; if the camera fails, the record is still saved.
- Administrators see it via the «Photo» button in the Time records list (only users with Time records permission, from their own company and department).
- It deletes itself after the number of days the company chooses (from 1 to 365; 60 by default).
- It is a single photo, with no facial recognition: it does not compare faces or identify anyone from the image.
- Requires a terminal with a front camera (such as the SERAPHIM50) and terminal app 1.72 or later, which we install.
